Server Rules

GENERAL POLICIES

The following violations are punishable by PERMANENT ACCOUNT BAN & IP BAN:

• Advertising products not related to RF Online Global.
• Using RF Online Global products or services for illegal activities.
• Impersonating, harassing or threatening GMs, Admins, and Staff of RF Online Global Team.

GAME SPECIFIC POLICIES

A. RACE LEADER POWER ABUSE

The Race Leader (RL) should always specify the correct reason when putting another character on wanted or chat ban status. Putting a player on wanted or chat ban status without enough evidence will be subject to the following penalties:

• First Offense: 1 Day Account Ban
• Second Offense: 3 Days Account Ban
• Third Offense: 7 Days Account Ban
• Fourth Offense: 30 Days Ban

B. ITEM RECOVERY

We won’t restore lost items, but we can provide logs for the specific item.

C. SAFE ZONE ABUSE

Casting debuff and healing while inside the safe zone (except in settlements) are NOT allowed. Such violation will be subject to the following penalties:

• 1st Offense: 1 Day Ban
• 2nd Offense: 3 Days Ban
• 3rd Offense: 7 Days Ban
• 4th Offense: 30 Days Ban

D. CONTRIBUTION POINT (CPT) FEEDING

CPT feeding will NOT be tolerated. A character will be subject to account ban if enough evidence was provided.

• 1st Offense: 1 Day Ban and CPT Wipe
• 2nd Offense: 3 Days Ban and CPT Wipe
• 3rd Offense: 7 Days Ban and CPT Wipe

E. SERVER CHAT RULES

Members of the RF Global Community shall practice the following chat etiquette in-game:

As a Global server, English should be used when communicating through the race chat. Violating this would incur the following penalties:

• 1st Offense: Warning
• 2nd Offense: 1 Day Chat Ban
• 3rd Offense: 3 Days Chat Ban
• 4th Offense: 7 Days Chat Ban

F. ACCOUNT RECOVERY

RF Global does not provide password recovery services for accounts lost due to owner negligence as proving ownership of accounts can be challenging and prone to errors due to the presence of Real Money Trading (RMT).

G. OTHER GAME SPECIFIC POLICIES

• Engaging or usage of third-party programs will NOT be tolerated. i.e. Helper, Bot, Cheats, etc. (1st Offense: Permanent Account Ban and IP Ban)
• The account owner will always be held responsible for all the in-game activities of his/her character, regardless of having a “pilot”. No justifications for having a “pilot” will be considered.
• The Rising Force (RF) Online Global Team firmly opposes in-game bugs, glitches, dupes, and the like. If such incidents are discovered by a player, he/she may report it by filing a ticket in our Official Discord server, and he/she will be rewarded accordingly. Anyone caught committing the mentioned violations will be subject to Permanent Account Ban.
• Council Absenteeism – All councils must be present during Chip War at least once (1) per day. (1st Offense: Warning, 2nd Offense: 1 Day Account Ban, 3rd Offense: 3 Days Account Ban)
• Hiding or Rendering characters and towers unclickable is NOT allowed. i.e. Hiding behind MAUs, etc. (1st Offense: Warning, 2nd Offense: 1 Day Account Ban, 3rd Offense: 3 Days Account Ban, 4th Offense: 7 Days Account Ban, 5th Offense: 15 Days Account Ban, 6th Offense: 30 Days Account Ban)
• Misconduct within the game, such as harassment, grave threats, or making racist comments towards other players will result in chat/account penalties. (1st Offense: 1 Day Chat Ban, 2nd Offense: 3 Days Account Ban, 3rd Offense: 7 Days Ban)
• Using GM / Admin / Staff names as an in-game name is not allowed. (IGN will be changed to another name)
• Using Guild Recall Potion to recall a member who is the ChipBreaker in Crag Mine core is not allowed. (1st Offense: 1 Day Account Ban, 2nd Offense: 3 Days Account Ban, 3rd Offense: 7 Days Account Ban)
• Force Logout or Logging out while being attacked by mobs or another player is not allowed. (1st Offense: Warning, 2nd Offense: 1 Day Account Ban, 3rd Offense: 3 Days Account Ban).

The penalties outlined above were categorized based on the general nature of each offense, but they may be adjusted as necessary at the sole discretion of the Rising Force (RF) Online Global Team.
